Chief Hartin is a member of the Underwriters Laboratories Firefighter Safety Research Institute (UL FSRI) Advisory Board and is remotely observing experiments being conducted in Delco Delaware this morning. Today’s experiments involve a kitchen fire and study of size-up and search and rescue. CWIFR uses UL FSRI research to improve firefighter safety and the effectiveness of the services we provide our community.
