At 5:40 pm CWIFR responded to a reported oil spill from a 50’ vessel at the Coupeville wharf. The investigation determined that a small quantity of oil & oily water had accidentally been discharged from the vessel’s bilge. The Port of Coupeville harbor master was on scene and had reported the release to the (USCG) National Response Center for follow up & action as needed.
