Cheryl Engle has served as a Commissioner since January 1990. She is a lifelong resident of Coupeville. Cheryl and her late husband Bob raised three children, one son, and two daughters. Bob passed in 2015. Cheryl taught for the Coupeville School District for 30 years and after retirement, taught for an additional four years. Cheryl has been active in the community and has served as a bookkeeper for Engle Family Farms for over 42 years. Cheryl has six grandchildren that keep her busy when the younger ones are not in school. Cheryl cares deeply about the fire district and the safety and welfare of all district members are of utmost importance to her. Commissioner Engle’s term of office runs through 2019.
